Founded in 2003 by Engineer Eric Olivieri and
Attorney Osvaldo Carlo as Regulatory Compliance Services (ReComS)
in San Juan, Puerto Rico,
ReComS Group has evolved as a one-shop solution provider in the Food, Drug, Healthcare,
Medical Device and Cosmetic Industry in Puerto Rico, North, Central and Latin America.

- Holds a Juris Doctor.
- Former Chief, Civil Division, U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of Puerto Rico (1982-1996)
- Supervised all litigation and enforcement actions by the Food and Drug Administration, Drug Enforcement Administration, the Environmental Protection Agency and other federal agencies in Puerto Rico.
- Acted as a Consultant to two the pharmaceutical industry in regulatory matters from 1996 to 2003 when ReComS was founded
- He is a member of the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico; U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit; U.S. Court of International Trade; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; U.S. Claims Court; U.S. Court of Military Appeals; U.S. Tax Court; and the Supreme Court of the United States.
